Ted Kelley Heifer Program

 

The Ted Kelley Heifer Program was designed to give students an opportnity to

own a Charolais heifer and equip them with the starting blocks needed to become

a future breeder and member. Each year the Charolais Association of Texas will

select deserving recipients to receive either a donated heifer or a $1000 certificate

good towards the purchase of a Charolais heifer.
